Hacer sopa y hornear un pastel, mientras llevo puestas mis nuevas botas Ugg, mantiene alejada la tristeza del invierno.¡Así que es la primera vez que hago sopa de hongos, pero no la última!Fue tan rápido y fácil... el único problema fue que ninguno de los chicos lo disfrutó realmente. Pero a mi marido, que es vegetariano, le encantará esta sopa cuando vuelva a casa.A veces es bueno poner a los adultos primero, ¿no crees?Y trabajaremos con los niños que comen con dificultad, poco a poco.
Crema de Champiñones caseras en thermomix
Equipment
- thermomix
Ingredientes
- 250 gramos de champiñones
- 350 gramos de patatas
- 50 gramos de mantequilla o aceite de oliva
- 1 puerro o 1 cebolla tierna
- Sal
- Pimienta
- 600 gramos de leche
- 2 quesitos
Elaboración paso a paso
- Calentar la mantequilla por 2 minutos a temperatura de 100 grados, luego poner el vaso del thermomix los champiñones limpios, las patatas, el puerro, todo cortado en trozos a velocidad 1.
- Condimentar, agregar la leche y programar 20 minutos, temperatura 100 grados, velocidad 1. Y por último quitar la mariposa, añadir los quesitos y triturar a velocidad 5-7-9 progresiv
